1. Quiénes somos y qué hacemos

SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION es una organización de reparación de crédito con sede en 5149 Palm Ave, Hialeah, FL 33012. Nuestros servicios consisten en revisar sus reportes de crédito, identificar información que consideremos inexacta, incompleta o no verificable y presentar disputas ante las agencias de crédito (Equifax, Experian y TransUnion) y/o los acreedores, conforme a la Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679 y siguientes), la Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) y las leyes aplicables del Estado de Florida. También brindamos orientación educativa sobre hábitos financieros.

2. Sin garantía de resultados

No garantizamos ningún resultado específico. En particular: (a) no garantizamos ningún aumento determinado de su puntaje de crédito; (b) no garantizamos la eliminación de ninguna cuenta, cobro, consulta, pago tardío u otro elemento de su reporte; (c) no garantizamos la aprobación de préstamos, tarjetas de crédito, hipotecas, arrendamientos ni ningún otro producto financiero. Los resultados varían según cada caso y dependen del contenido de su historial, de las respuestas de las agencias de crédito y los acreedores, y de su propio comportamiento financiero. La información correcta, verificable y dentro del plazo legal de reporte no puede eliminarse de su reporte simplemente por ser negativa.

3. Sus derechos como consumidor y forma de pago

Usted tiene derecho a disputar por su cuenta, sin costo, la información inexacta de su reporte de crédito directamente ante las agencias de crédito, y a obtener una copia gratuita de su reporte en annualcreditreport.com. Ningún servicio que ofrezcamos puede obtener resultados que usted no pueda obtener por sí mismo. Antes de contratar nuestros servicios recibirá por escrito la declaración "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" y un contrato con la descripción de los servicios, su costo total y el plazo estimado. Usted podrá cancelar ese contrato, sin costo ni penalidad, dentro de los tres (3) días hábiles siguientes a su firma.

Conforme a la Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679b(b)), SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION no cobra ni recibe pago alguno por un servicio de reparación de crédito antes de que ese servicio haya sido completamente ejecutado. Nuestras tarifas están vinculadas al trabajo efectivamente realizado: cualquier cargo inicial se factura solo después de completado el trabajo inicial (revisión y análisis de sus reportes de crédito y preparación de sus primeras disputas), y las tarifas mensuales se facturan por el trabajo realizado durante el mes anterior. 4. Servicios que no ofrecemos

SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION no ofrece negociación ni liquidación de deudas (debt settlement), consolidación de deudas, préstamos, asesoría legal, contable, fiscal, financiera ni de inversión. Nada en este Sitio constituye asesoría legal o financiera. Nunca le recomendaremos crear una nueva identidad crediticia ni proporcionar información falsa a las agencias de crédito o a los acreedores.

5. El Sitio no crea una relación contractual

El uso del Sitio, el envío de un formulario o la programación de una cita no crean una relación de cliente. Nuestros servicios se prestan únicamente bajo un contrato de servicios escrito y firmado por separado, que prevalecerá sobre estos Términos en caso de conflicto.

6. Uso del Sitio

Al utilizar el Sitio usted declara que es mayor de 18 años y que la información que nos proporcione es veraz y actual. Se compromete a no usar el Sitio con fines ilícitos, a no enviar información falsa o de terceros sin su autorización, a no interferir con la seguridad o el funcionamiento del Sitio y a no copiar, reproducir o explotar su contenido sin nuestra autorización escrita.

7. Comunicaciones por teléfono y mensajes de texto (SMS)

Al proporcionar su número de teléfono en nuestros formularios, contratos de servicio o por solicitud escrita, usted acepta recibir llamadas y mensajes de texto (SMS) de SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION relacionados con nuestros servicios, incluso mediante sistemas automatizados. 9. Propiedad intelectual

Welcome to the website of SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION ("SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using superstarcreditsolution.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are and what we do

SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION is a credit repair organization located at 5149 Palm Ave, Hialeah, FL 33012. Our services consist of reviewing your credit reports, identifying information we believe to be inaccurate, incomplete or unverifiable, and submitting disputes to the credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian and TransUnion) and/or creditors, in accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable Florida law. We also provide educational guidance on financial habits.

2. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific result. In particular: (a) we do not guarantee any specific increase in your credit score; (b) we do not guarantee the removal of any account, collection, inquiry, late payment or other item from your report; (c) we do not guarantee approval for loans, credit cards, mortgages, leases or any other financial product. Results vary from case to case and depend on the content of your credit history, the responses of the credit bureaus and creditors, and your own financial behavior. Accurate, verifiable information that is within the legal reporting period cannot be removed from your report simply because it is negative.

3. Your rights as a consumer and payment terms

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report on your own, at no cost, directly with the credit bureaus, and to obtain a free copy of your credit report at annualcreditreport.com. No service we offer can achieve results that you could not achieve yourself. Before you engage our services you will receive, in writing, the "Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law" statement and a contract describing the services, their total cost and the estimated time to perform them. You may cancel that contract, without cost or penalty, within three (3) business days of signing.

In accordance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. § 1679b(b)), SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION does not charge or receive any payment for a credit repair service before that service has been fully performed. Our fees are tied to work actually performed: any initial fee is billed only after the initial work has been completed (review and analysis of your credit reports and preparation of your first disputes), and monthly fees are billed for the work performed during the prior month. Amounts and payment terms are set out in your service agreement.

4. Services we do not provide

SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION does not provide debt negotiation or debt settlement, debt consolidation, loans, or legal, accounting, tax, financial or investment advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal or financial advice. We will never advise you to create a new credit identity or to provide false information to the credit bureaus or creditors.

5. The Site does not create a contractual relationship

Using the Site, submitting a form or scheduling an appointment does not create a client relationship. Our services are provided only under a separate written and signed service agreement, which will prevail over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

6. Use of the Site

By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is true and current. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to submit false information or a third party's information without authorization, not to interfere with the security or operation of the Site, and not to copy, reproduce or exploit its content without our written permission.

7. Phone and text message (SMS) communications

By providing your phone number through our forms, service agreements or a written request, you agree to receive calls and text messages (SMS) from SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION related to our services, including through automated systems. Messages may include appointment reminders, dispute updates, account notifications, document requests and customer support communications. Message frequency varies (approximately 1–5 per week depending on your service activity). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. This consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. We do not share your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. The number (305) 995-5475 is intended exclusively for existing customer support and is not a sales line.

8. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at superstarcreditsolution.com/politicas-de-privacidad.

9. Intellectual property

The content of the Site (text, logos, images and design) is the property of SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No license to that content is granted other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERSTAR CREDIT SOLUTION from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law of the United States. Any dispute related to the Site shall be brought before the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer under the law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with its update date. Your continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
